Lake Ontario Tributary Anglers Council 2010 Catch and Clean Tournament.
A catch and release tournament combined with a river clean up. All contestants are required to turn in a garbage bag filled with streamside litter. The central drop off point will be the DEC parking lot at Rt. 2A.
